Seat Designs

Soft Seat design
RTFE seat for bubble-tight shutoff of general purpose applications up to 450°F.

RTFE/316L SST fire-safe seat design
Primary RTFE seat for bubble-tight shutoff backed up by secondary 316L SST fire-safe seat. Secondary fire-safe seat provides Class V shutoff when primary RTFE seat is compromised in a fire event.

Application:

TEKO high performance butterfly valve are available with soft seat, metal seat and fire-safe seat for different applications, our valves are with double offset design, reach bi-directional bubble tight shutoff (zero leakage) by the use of a patented seat. Our High Performance Butterfly Valves are designed for critical applications in food and beverage processing, chemical industries, petrochemical industries, power plants, district heating. They provide exceptionally long and trouble-free service life, reducing total cost of ownership. TEKO valves are strictly tested to meet demanding industry performance requirements. High Performance Butterfly Valves are designed for shutoff and throttling control of liquids and gas. The dynamic PTFE/RTFE seat provides bubble-tight shutoff in both directions.
