No Water Hamer Ductile Iron Silent Tilted Disc Check Valve With Hydraulic Damper
The TEKO tilted disc check valve is a development of the traditional type swing check valve that has been designed to allow for frequent flow reversals without causing wear in shaft seat which is a common feature of the swing check.
The compact body to the tilting disc saves space during installation so that reducing the construction cost. The disc is pivoted in the upper one third of the valve body; hence the disc eccentricity is much smaller than that of the conventional swing check. Due to the shorter distance travelled by the disc the tilting check valve closes faster and reduce the slam and water hammer.
Flange end: EN1092-2
Top flange EN ISO5211
Hydrostatic testing: API598
Pump and water pipeline protection with controlled closing
Compact design which requires small space
Flexible design allowing maintenance of counterweight and or hydraulic damper
Stable operation where the flow is allowed to pass on both sides of the disc
Lower operating torques and long life seals due to its double eccentric design.
